Michael Raspuzzi

I am a serial entrepreneur and Harvard design instructor.

Michael Raspuzzi is a serial entrepreneur who focuses on innovating in digital health and the global food system. He is CEO + Co-founder of Culinary AI Labs, an early stage startup building a personalized flavor and nutrition platform. While working at the intersection of design, entrepreneurship, and technology, he leads and builds high performing teams and collaborative communities to address complex problems. Raspuzzi is recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper in the Boston Community for his work.

As a design instructor and researcher for the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and Harvard Graduate School of Design, Raspuzzi has helped form new pedagogical models in design engineering, such as E110, ES 26, STU 1231 and 1232. Alongside semesterly curricula, he helped build new summer programs for students of all backgrounds, including Introduction to Biotechnology and Global Environmental Engineering Design. As an innovation fellow for the Harvard Initiative for Learning and Teaching, Raspuzzi has built bridges across the different schools to support the One Harvard mission.

Previously he was Managing Director of Life Changing Labs where he co-founded Cornell’s first summer incubator and supported 1000+ student entrepreneurs on campus, including managing the first make-a-thon, annual big idea competition, and weekly community events. He also co-founded Life Changing Summer, a global high school program teaching students the fundamentals in entrepreneurship and programming.

He pioneered a new program at Harvard as part of the inaugural graduating class of Master in Design Engineering across GSD and SEAS, and his thesis, Emma: A Maternal Health Coach, won the 2018 Harvard thesis prize. Previously, he graduated at the top of his class with a Bachelor of Architecture and minor in Design Environmental Analysis at Cornell, where he was a Tradition Fellow for his leadership in the community.
